Luna Moon Events provides various services that couples can tailor to their needs. The creative team will focus on finding the most suitable props and custom decor to ensure each wedding is planned perfectly. They offer everything from event planning to full venue styling and can supply a broad range of props, including archways, centrepieces, chair drapes and much more. They also provide delivery, setup, and collection so clients can enjoy a wedding that is as seamless as it is spectacular.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach, and we are all about honouring your individual style, vision, and creative imagination. Discuss your ideas with us and let's run with them together. FAQs
Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes, if you are requiring the full set up and styling package you must have a minimum spend of £250 to book. However if your package does not reach this amount do not worry as we also have a dry hire option, which allows you to get creative and set up the styling yourself.
What does a dry hire mean?
Our dry hire option enables you to hire any item of your choosing, however you are required to pick up the items, set them up yourself and return to us 72 hours after the wedding.
Are there any items not included in the dry hire?
The only items not included in the dry hire option are our archways and backdrops, as these are larger scale items and require the Luna team to set up.
How far in advance should I book?
This is entirely up to you and how organised you would like to be. Some couples approach us 3-6 months before their wedding and others up to 2 years in advance. We will always do our best to accommodate every wedding, however we cannot always guarantee to have your date available, so the earlier you book and secure your date the better!
Do you have a deposit?
To secure your date, we require a deposit of £150. In the six to twelve weeks leading up to your wedding, you will need to pay the remaining balance.
Do you hold consultations so I can go through my ideas?
Yes, absolutely! Meeting our couples is one of our favourite parts of the job. At the time of booking, we hold an initial consultation to discuss your ideas and colour schemes. From here, we work behind the scenes to put your plans into motion. Twelve weeks before your wedding, we will meet again to go over final details and double check everything. In between consultation dates, you are welcome to message or call us if you have any questions. We are with you throughout the entire wedding planning journey.

Hull, Beverley, Hornsea, Brandesburton, Bridlington, Driffield, Barton, Pocklington, York & many other locations within East Yorkshire.
